Pool Concierge

This is a great option for developers or property management companies that need a turnkey option. We provide a dedicated team to handle all pool-related tasks and create a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment. The pool concierge service can include:
Pool maintenance: We can schedule all your pre-season and in-season pool maintenance needs with your pool maintenance vendor, as well as: cleanings, repairs, chemical balancing, and inspections.
Poolside setup daily by pool monitors: This includes setting up lounge chairs, umbrellas, and other furniture within the pool facility.
Safety and maintenance: Pool monitors review and enforce safety protocols, enforce pool rules, and communicate maintenance concerns.
Personalized service: We can cater to preferences and special requests needed by our clients.
Event coordination: The concierge can organize poolside events and activities.
Poolside vendors: We can coordinate with other poolside vendors such as porters and maintenance.
Member relations: We will monitor and address all suggestions and complaints per the facilities rules within 12hours or less of being received via email.
Documentation of incidents: Pool monitors log all incidents that occur during pool operational hours.
Pool Monitor
Greets all members and guests with a positive attitude and smiling face, signs-in all members and guests, checks id's, and enforces the pool entry protocol. Ensures that the pool area remains tidy, organizes tables and chairs, distributes towels upon request, distributes drinks upon request, handles and sets up areas for pool reservations, assists and organizes pool events, upholds pool rules, communicates with management on pool activities or incidents, and ensures that pool members and guests have an enjoyable and positive experience.
Gate Monitor
Greets all members and guests with a positive attitude and smiling face, signs-in all members and guests, checks id's, enforces the pool entry protocol, ensures no glass items are brought into the pool area, upholds pool rules and standards, documents safety issues or incidents that occur, and communicates with management on pool activities.
Porter & Janitorial Services
Sanitizes bathrooms; restocks all toiletry necessities; washes and dries all towels; ensures that tables and chairs are sanitized; takes out all trash from bathroom areas, pool area, common areas, clubhouse, fitness center, and amenity area; deep cleans any rugs or carpets; coordinates weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning and sanitation schedule.
Fitness Center Attendant
Greets all members and guests with a positive attitude and smiling face, checks-in all members and guests, checks id's, sanitizes machines, upholds fitness center rules and standards, documents safety issues or incidents that occur, and communicates with management on fitness center activities.
